Grand Fooding d'été 2008

For four years now, the Bureau of Fooding have been organizing the Grand Fooding d'Eté where all profits go to Action contre la Faim (Action against Hunger).

Le Fooding is the place to go for foodies or anyone who is just plain gourmand. Tops chefs such as Massimo Mori and Thierry Burlot will dazzle us with innovative cuisine.
Courses start with an aperitif by William Ledeuil and finish with a "punk" dessert by culinary designer Marc Brétillot.

On the menu :
-Langoustines du Guilvinec, vanille Bourbon, pommes écrasées et boudin fermier.
-Ravioli de risotto mantecato d'ombrine au safran, sauce encre de seiche...

To top it off a sommelier will have a selection of wines ready to accompany our meal.
All for 5 euros and a good cause.
